Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone
  • Resolve common user and driver issues with clarity and professionalism
  • Make outbound calls to follow up on complex cases
  • Collect and share customer feedback to help improve the platform
  • Handle cases such as:
    • Lost & found items
    • Payment or billing disputes
    • Safety-related concerns
    • Account verification
    • Driver performance inquiries

This is a fully remote position—so as long as you have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace, you’re good to go.
