⭐ About the Position Finance, Administration & Logistics

This role is all about ensuring the TRAIL program office operates efficiently. You’ll manage finance, administration, and logistics functions, and work closely with program teams to ensure everything runs like clockwork. You’ll also supervise support staff and help maintain a productive, safe, and well-coordinated work environment.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  1. Financial & Administrative Management
  2. Oversee daily financial operations and administrative workflows.
  3. Make sure all financial activities comply with internal controls and policies.
  4. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely monthly closures.
  5. Prepare regular budget updates and expenditure reports.
  6. Use accounting software to track program spending and improve reporting accuracy.
  7. Provide clear communication and guidance to program teams on finance and admin matters.
  8. Complete monthly and annual account closures, including bank reconciliation.

Logistics & Operations Finance Administration Logistics

  1. Manage vehicle fleet planning and cost allocation.
  2. Oversee the management and distribution of imported bridge materials.
  3. Submit monthly stock movement reports and ensure proper warehouse documentation.
  4. Supervise warehouse and regional distribution staff.
  5. Establish standard procedures to improve admin and logistics coordination.
  6. Ensure the office follows all safety and security protocols.

Leadership & Team Support

  • Lead, supervise, and mentor finance, admin, and logistics team members.
  • Identify potential financial risks and strengthen fraud-prevention measures.
  • Promote a positive, secure, and efficient working environment.

👤 Who We’re Looking For

You’ll succeed in this role if you’re analytical, organized, and great with people. We’re seeking someone who can balance technical expertise with confident leadership.

Qualifications Finance Administration Logistics

  1. BA degree in Accounting or related field.
  2. Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, preferably at a supervisory level.
  3. Experience working with international NGOs or donor-funded programs.
  4. Strong computer literacy, including accounting software proficiency.
  5. Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  6. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and communicate clearly across teams.
  7. Strong intercultural awareness and interpersonal skills.
  8. High level of integrity, confidentiality, and adaptability.
